These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Plushy Vibrator Pro: Massager on Android. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What the app is
Plushy Vibrator Pro: Massager is a consumer relaxation tool that uses your phone’s vibration motor and optional generated ambient sound. It is for personal well-being and entertainment only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Google Play under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of majority, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Safe use
- Do not use the app while driving or in any situation where vibration or sound would be unsafe.
- Stop immediately if you feel discomfort, numbness, or irritation.
- Keep volume at a comfortable level. Long sessions at maximum intensity (including Boost) may heat the device or drain the battery.
- Follow your device maker’s guidance for motor and battery care.
4. Background sessions
If you enable background vibration, a persistent notification stays visible while a session runs. Swiping the app away from Recents, tapping Stop, or force-stopping the app ends the session. You are responsible for stopping a session when you no longer want the motor to run.
5. Ads
The app may display advertisements served by Google AdMob or similar partners. Ads are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party advertiser content or destinations.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law
- Misrepresent the app as a medical or therapeutic treatment
- Interfere with ads, security, or other users’ devices
7. Intellectual property
The app name, design, patterns, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Custom patterns you create on your device remain on your device for your personal use.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Vibration strength depends on your hardware and Android version. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, device function, or profits, arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app or these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
